Social Tour

On Wednesday, August 30th afternoon there will be a special guided Aachen city tour showing cultural and culinary highlights with drinks and food in a cosy restaurant

Payment and Cancelation

All payments have to be made in Euro (€) by bank transfer until July 31, 2017. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit card service. All banking costs have to be paid by the participant. Details and payment directions can be found on the registration invoice.

In case of a cancellation received before July 30th, 2017, 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancellations after that date

There will be also the possibility for on-site-payment by card or cash. Please note that card payment may cause additional costs. According to the fees for the paying card we will have to raise the conference fee by a small percentage.
